We handle the comprehensive preparation of investments — from site analyses and feasibility studies, through obtaining permits and grid connections, to supervising construction and handing over for operation. Our activities are carried out with a focus on technical efficiency, financial viability, and acceptance by local communities.
In the initial phase, we conduct site potential assessments, wind and solar analyses, and environmental audits. Based on this data, we prepare a conceptual design and financial model that allows us to optimize the selection of technologies — turbines, panels, energy storage, hydrogen installations, or e-fuels. At the same time, we carry out legal and administrative procedures and negotiate grid connection terms with network operators.
In the implementation phase, we coordinate construction works, manage schedules and budgets, and supervise quality and safety. We also ensure the integration of control, storage, and energy management systems, enabling efficient operation of the installation from day one. After the project is launched, we conduct testing, performance optimization, and operator training.
