We invest in a clean future
Our strategic goal is to become a key player in the decarbonization of industry and the energy sector. We aim to achieve this by providing comprehensive solutions for the sustainable development of these sectors in Poland and across Europe. We want to demonstrate that renewable energy sources can not only address the challenges facing the modern world but also represent an excellent, highly profitable business for our companies and investors.
Our approach is based on building long-term relationships with public and private partners, grounded in transparency, trust, and shared developmental goals. We actively engage in social consultations, integrating the needs of local residents and businesses into our investment projects. This strategy not only shortens administrative processes but, most importantly, builds the social capital necessary for the durability and acceptance of our investments.
Completed Investments
As part of the holding, between 2012 and 2025, we completed several renewable energy projects with a total capacity of 23.7 MW.
The projects are located in central Poland, in the municipalities of Błaszki, Zadzim, and Kłobuck. The investments include:
- Wind turbines in three locations (6 units) – 10.5 MW
- Photovoltaic farms in four locations – 13.2 MW
Investments under Development
– Potential Projects
In 2024–2025, we focused on developing renewable energy projects on our own or leased land. Currently, our portfolio includes projects with a total capacity of 1,035 MW. These projects are at various stages of development: applications have been submitted for environmental decisions, zoning conditions, or building permits.
The investments are mainly located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the municipalities of Radwanice and Długołęka.
The investments include:
- Wind turbines (5 units, 7.2 MW each) – total 36 MW
- Photovoltaic farms (approx. 40 ha) – total 42 MW
- Hydro-photovoltaic farms (approx. 12 ha) – total 15 MW
- Hydrogen production – total 377.5 MW
- Energy storage – total 564 MW
Investments in Preparation
We are currently focusing on preparing additional renewable energy projects on our own or leased land. Our plans include projects with a total capacity of 1,934 MW. The projects are at various stages of development: agreements for land purchase or lease are being signed, and applications for changes to local or general plans have been submitted.
The investments are mainly located in the Lower Silesian, West Pomeranian, and Łódź Voivodeships, in the municipalities of Radwanice, Długołęka, Ustronie Morskie, Barwice, Świdwin, and Kleszczów. łódzkiego, w gminach: Radwanice, Długołęka, Ustronie Morskie, Barwice, Świdwin oraz Kleszczów.
The investments include:
- Wind turbines (6–7.2 MW) – total 194 MW
- Photovoltaic farms (approx. 900 ha) – total 1,200 MW
- Hydro-photovoltaic farms (approx. 25 ha) – total 30 MW
- Hydrogen production – total 242.5 MW
- Energy storage – total 272.5 MW
Significance of Investments for Regions and the Market
All Greentop Energy Holding projects have strategic significance both locally and nationally:
- they provide modern, low-emission energy and fuel sources for industry in Lower Silesia
- they support municipalities in achieving local climate and development goals
- they can serve as a pilot model of a hybrid energy cluster integrated with local government, business, and public transport
- they lay the foundation for a future regional hydrogen economy hub
